I trained at Columbia School of Social Work’s Intensive Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Program, where I learned practical ways to help people develop coping skills, shift unhelpful patterns, and move toward creating a life they truly value.

 

My approach is rooted in mindfulness, with a focus on living fully in the present while building resilience for the future.

I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of settings—from non profit research to private practice—and each experience has shaped the way I show up as a therapist today.

 

My time in research deepened my understanding of evidence-based approaches and the science behind mental health, and private practice work allowed me to connect with clients more personally, meeting clients where they are with care and curiosity.

 

Now, as an associate therapist at MyWellbeing, a mental health organization dedicated to making therapy more accessible and personalized, I integrate these experiences to provide compassionate, thoughtful, and tailored support for every person I work with.
